What does this Warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the Findlo™ Device under normal use when used in compliance with the User Manual.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty coverage lasts for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the Findlo Device. If the Findlo™ Device is replaced pursuant to this warranty, then the user shall have a warranty period for the replacement Findlo Device for the longer of the remaining term of the original warranty or 90 days.
What will Findlo do in the event of a Warranty claim?
If Findlo™ confirms that a Findlo™ Device is covered by the warranty, Findlo™ will replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device at no charge to you. Replacement devices usually ship 4-6 weeks after the Warranty claim is completed and approved.
What does this Warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by abuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to water, cosmetic damage, accidents, usage contrary to the User Manual, accessories or hardware/software not provided by Findlo, lost or stolen Devices or other damaged caused other than a defect or malfunction in the design or operation of the Device. This warranty is void if the Device is altered, modified or tampered with by any party other than Findlo. This warranty does not cover any third party products or services, such as from a wireless carrier, app store/platform or other smartphone manufacturer. Findlo Technologies is under no obligation to provide services related to a problem with the wireless carrier for the Findlo™ Device if the Findlo Device otherwise is functioning properly.
