Shipping & Return

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Findlo believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders is in the process of shipping.

  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 working days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint we will take an appropriate decision.

 

Refund & Return Policy
 

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within fifteen (15) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

 

  • We do ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping to our closest return centre for review. 

  • Returning an item that you ordered but no longer want is a change of mind. Due to the nature and cost of the Product, we do not provide returns for a change of mind after the initial 15 day period.

  • Returned Products must come with all components including both batteries, the charging dock and ideally the packaging.

  • All return requests must be approved by Findlo customer support before they are returned.

  • Due to the fact that GPS technology is dependent on a number of variables and can be effected by factors such as your location, weather conditions and interferences from buildings etc, we cannot always guarantee consistent GPS locations. Any request for a Product Replacement or Product Return based on inaccurate or inconsistent GPS locations is at the sole discretion of Findlo.

 

Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

 

Returns Process
 

Please follow the below steps to ensure a smooth experience with your product return.

  • Email Findlo customer service at support@findlo.co.in with the full description of the issue/s that you’re experiencing and allow us the opportunity to resolve your issue/s through our support process.

  • If your issue/s can’t be resolved and you would like a replacement Product, please email customer support requesting a Product Replacement and provide your order number, name, contact number, quantity and the reason for replacement.

  • If your issue/s can’t be resolved and you would like to return your Product, please email customer service requesting a Product Return and provide your order number, name, contact number, quantity and the reason for return.

  • Findlo customer support will contact you by email to confirm if your request has been approved or rejected. Findlo may need to contact you by phone to obtain details required to process your request.

  • If you are sending a Product back to us, we recommend sending it back by registered post with a tracking number. Products returned to us are sent at your own cost and risk. All products being returned should match the conditions outlined in the Returns Policy (above) and please include all supplied packaging with the Product/s being returned.

  • Once Findlo receives the Product and verifies the issue/s you described, Findlo will:

    • If product faulty, the product will be replaced or your purchase refunded. The shipping and handling charges for the  replacement Product sent to you will be covered by Findlo.

    • If product not faulty, we will attempt to resolve the issue/s and the Product will be returned to you and the shipping and handling charges for the  replacement Product sent to you will be covered by Findlo.

  • If a refund is to be paid back to you and you purchased your Product directly from the Findlo Trackers website, it will be processed as a refund on the credit card or account which was used to purchase your Pod. 

  • Please note that returns will only be accepted if the request meets all necessary criteria as requested and disclosed to Pod customer service and complies with our Returns Policy (above).

 

Shipping and Delivery
 

For buyers in India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Findlo is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
